Thank you for shopping at Cozy Habit. We want you to love your home decor products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Please do not return the item directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital items (if any)
Personal care or hygiene-related items
Customized or made-to-order decor
Items marked as Final Sale
Partial Refunds May Be Granted (if applicable)
Items with visible signs of use
Any item not in original condition, or damaged due to reasons not caused by us
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
Recheck your bank or credit card account.
Contact your credit card company — posting may take a few business days.
Contact your bank — processing delays are possible.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at cozyhabit99@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email us first at cozyhabit99@gmail.com to receive return instructions. Do not ship the item until we provide the return address (as items are shipped from different warehouses).
You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is eligible for a refund, the original shipping cost may be deducted.
If you’re returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
